ONE of the longest standing and globally exported World Cup fan crazes is undoubtedly the Mexican Wave.
First popularised if not first seen at the 1986 Mexico finals where it was known as the "Human Wave". Adopted by football fans and fans of other sports following this event it became universally known as the Mexican Wave and can now be seen wherever big sporting crowds gather!
